· Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses regularly for specialities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Neuroscience, Neuroimmunology, Pain, Mindfulness, Relationship counselling etc.

· Lived and worked abroad in the USA and South Africa for several years

· Moved back home to Oxfordshire

· In my 50s I have substantial life experience that helps with understanding and empathy

· Member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

· Member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy

· DBS checked for children and vulnerable adults
