Hypnotherapy is excellent at helping people to overcome all sorts of negative habits. As human beings we need to be able to learn the majority of behaviours as an unconscious habit and not surprisingly we sometimes pick up and repeat self-destructive behaviours, be it smoking, gambling, drinking alcohol, drugs, nail biting, over-eating, nail biting, gaming, phone use or twirling our hair until it falls out. There are a myriad of negative habits and with hypnotherapy we can work at a sub-conscious level to adjust our repetitive habits in a safe and comfortable way.
