Treatment

I have seen many clients online via Zoom or Skype video and by phone over the years and it has become even more popular and familiar. It works just as well as face to face therapy. In fact it can prove less stressful without the driving, parking and learning to be comfortable in a new environment. There is also the benefit of being free of masks.

My session hours are between 10-19.00 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 17-19.30 on Wednesday. There is parking on the gravel driveway outside and the therapy room is a separate space overlooking a beautiful enclosed private garden in Childrey near Wantage.

Up until early 2020 I was also seeing clients at a clinic in Oxford as well as within a large and thriving company that supports its staff with counselling. Now I am concentrating on video therapy which means that I can see clients from all over as well as in Oxfordshire. This also makes therapy cheaper for clients. I will be having some face to face sessions where we are both double vaccinated and wear a mask in order to protect clients.

Fees

Initial introductory consultation 80 minutes followed by Regular sessions 50 minutes

Hypnotherapy

£70 – Discounted initial longer consultation

£70 – per session

Counselling and Psychotherapy

£70 – Discounted initial longer consultation

£70 – per session

Couple counselling

£70 – Discounted initial longer consultation

£70 – per session

Double sessions are an option

How Many Sessions?

Regular Hypnotherapy depends on clients’ needs and budgets and ideally ranges from 8-12 weekly sessions and can go on longer if required

Regular Counselling and Psychotherapy can be longer-term and we can incorporate hypnotherapy if appropriate

Specific phobias – 4 sessions – ideally at weekly intervals

Smoking – 1 longer session of 100 minutes – £140
