Hypnotherapy is wonderful for understanding and moving out of the anxious part of our mind. Modern day stress is overwhelming at times. Human beings have so much to deal with, even in supposedly ‘civilised’ countries. Finances, work, commuting, child care, relationships, negative news, social media, politics, health, climate change, pandemics, wars, energy crises – no wonder we sometimes yearn for a simpler life. Negative over thinking can become habitual and lead to disabling and scary panic attacks. Anxiety can show in a number of ways and lead to picking up destructive habits.
